  Poor policy and management. I was charged for damage and $75 was deducted from my security deposit. It took weeks for them to get back to me, to even define what the damage was. Told it was holes from hanging things. That is outrageous, hanging is part of the normal wear and tear of living in an apartment. Also it does not cost $75 to fill in a couple small nail holes. It is completely illegal to charge for damages without itemizing. The property manager nor the regional manager will return my phone calls. I never want to deal with such shady and immoral business dealings ever again.

  This company is terrible. I live in alcoa and they do not care about their tenants at all. If you have a problem they won't even acknowledge it half the time. I don't feel respected here even a little bit. I'm moving out in a month and some woman opened my door while I was doing my homework and I thought someone was breaking in. I was terrified and then found out it was someone giving a showing. My privacy was completely violated and I have no way of knowing if my apartment is secure now. A company whose only interest is in money.
