- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place is completely ridiculous. Home sold late May. Settlement coordinator could not get in touch with buyer agent to set closing. Finally email my realtor and settlement coordinator, only to be told payoff might not be able to be acquired. This woman, Jody, had well over a week to obtain this information, then when I request an appointment due to her and the buyer's agent not being able to pull things together, I get an email saying 0900 doesn't work, 1600 will have to do. Complete chaos and wish there was another option. I have seen 5 year old children with lemonade stands conduct better business. Complete chaos.
